  1. Swap Addresses helps when you modify Contacts. You may find in browsing through your Contacts that you accidentally entered a Contact's Home Address where the Work Address goes, or vice versa. To correct this error, choose Swap Addresses from the Edit menu. This function swaps the Work and Home addresses in one quick step. It's also handy when dealing with Contact information you've just imported.
